Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Return Policy
We understand that not all things can be perfect all of the time and therefore; we do offer a 15 day return policy for unopened and unused products for a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. In order to be authorized for a return, the package and product must be in the same condition as when originally received. Items that have been opened in any manner, removed from the package, or with a broken seal will not be authorized for a return.
Any defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same product, upon request within 15 days of your receiving the product. If the product is no longer available, we will happily issue you a refund in the amount of the original purchase price.
Upon authorization of a return, we will email you the detailed instructions on how to complete the return. Should you be expecting a store credit or full refund in the amount of the original purchase, said credit or refund will be issued to you only upon our receipt of the returned product. Any monetary refund will be issued back to your original form of payment; however, in cases where this is not possible we will issue you a store credit. Credit Card funds should be received in your account within 3 -5 business days, PayPal may take up to 30 days to appear, and a Store Credit is available immediately.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may request an emailed picture of the product to determine its quality; including but not limited to if it’s broken, defective, opened, etc.) This will help us to determine the nature of the error, if any, and the best next steps for resolution. While we wish to take care of any concern, products that arrive with any error or defect that is specifically provided to you in writing within the product description at the time of purchase, do not qualify as a defective and will not be approved as such.
Refused of Undeliverable Shipments
Any refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from the refund that will be provided in the form of a store credit. If; however, the issue was caused by an error on our end (incorrect address entry), we will immediately contact you to reship the package at no cost to you.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding and holding confidential the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
PopFixx Toyz, LLC does not sell products for or to children, while adults may purchase with a credit card or other approved payment method. Any individual under the age of 18 may use this site solely with the involvement of an adult.

Termination

Any and all disputes that cannot be resolved directly between you and the owner shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its choice of law principles. Any action brought between the Parties related to or arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the federal and state courts located in the State of Ohio and the Parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction in these courts.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service. Like a Storm Trooper would say, “Move along”.
